In order to request an Investigation Request (IR) you must have registered for an account, completed a Client Service Agreement (CSA), Deposited a a minimum of $500 in funds via Paypal or made another authorized payment, as well as, you must be logged on to our system. ALL Investigation Requests must go through the Director of Operations. IR results will be returned within 24 to 72 hours depending on the Information Requested.
It is highly recommended that you submit your Investigation Request(s) via our website over submitting a faxed IR.
If you need to submit and IR via fax please use the proper RPI Request Form (From our Site Tools Section) and leave a voice message at 916-981-5682 with the date and time that you faxed the IR. Please include any special instructions in our message area below. Please make sure we are provided a good contact cell number or email address in case we need to reach you via text or email to complete the request.
Please Note: Turnaround time on Investigation Requests that are ordered online are much shorter than faxed IR's. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance. In the box below new clients can request a "Confidential Client Interview" to discuss investigation needs, complete a Client Service Agreement (CSA) and/or to get a cost and an approximate IR turnaround time evaluation.
